In order to provide organizational and methodological support
to the water sector enterprises, organizations, Association members,
professionals and public Ukrainian Water Association publishes Scientific-PracticalJournal “Water and Water Treatment Technologies”
(since 2001)
Association members take part in the Board Meetings of water
sector State Authorities and Ad-hoc groups, established
for the development of normative legislation Acts related to water;
In order to provide professional and consulting services
to water sector organizations and specialists Association established
“Aqua Consulting” Company;
Ukrainian Water Association is actively involved in the organization
of International Water Forum
“Aqua Ukraine” that has been held annually since 2003
Ukrainian Water Association implements an International Cooperation
Program with governmental and non-governmental organizations
throughout the world. Thus cooperation with IWA (http://www.iwahq.org.uk/)
and AWWA (http://www.awwa.org/)
is among the most important components of this Program devised
to bring new technologies, finance and legislative help to Ukraine.
Another important Program activity is European cooperation. To achieve
Program’ goals Ukrainian Water Association has been a National Member
in the European Water Association (http://www.ewaonline.de/)
since 2003
